[Shincheonji God's Word] The Purpose of the Cross

What a great time to reflect on the purpose of the cross. Why is it that Jesus had to bear the cross? Why did God allow the blood of His son to be shed? What is expected of us today?

2000 years ago Jesus shed his blood to atone for man’s sin (Heb 10:10-14). Through the sacrifice of one man the sins of many were taken away. This took place at the time of the first coming, but what does the rest of Hebrews 9:28 say concerning Jesus’ return?

“Christ was sacrificed once to take away the sins of many;
and he will appear a second time, not to bear sin, but to bring salvation to those who are waiting for him.”

When does salvation come? When can we truly claim to ‘be saved’?

2000 years ago Jesus shed his blood to atone for our sins so that today we can be made into the perfect and holy kingdom and priests of God, those who have been purchased by Jesus’ blood and sealed with the seal of the living God (Rv 5:9-10; Rv 7:2-4).

The 144,000 who have been sealed and born of God’s seed, the word of truth (Rv 7:4; James 1:18), are those who can sing the new song (Rv 14:3).

If you don’t know what the ‘new song’ is, can you sing it?

Those who are singing the new song, the 144,000,  are gathered at Mount Zion, together with God and Jesus (Rv 14:1).

Today is the time when we can learn the new song!
Today we must be those who are harvested and sealed according to the prophecies in the New Testament (Mt 13: 24-30; Rv 14:14-16; Rv 7:2-4).

What was God’s hope and desire as He allowed the blood of His son to be shed?

God desires to create His eternal kingdom here on earth, as it is in heaven, His holy nation and treasured possession, His kingdom of priests (Ex 19:5-6), those who have been purchased with the blood of  Jesus.

Today is the time when Jesus’ blood comes into full effect. Today is the time we can truly receive salvation.

Have you been purchased? Have you been harvested and sealed? Can you sing the new song?

Now is the time! Let us not be like those living at the time of Noah, who lost the opportunity of salvation by not getting on the Ark because they did not recognize or understand the time they were living in.

Let us be those who fulfill God’s hope!

[Shincheonji Bible QT] You are what you eat!

The other day I received an email from a very large international Christian ministry, and at the end of the email it said this:

“Remember, when God sees you, He sees Jesus. You are accepted. You are complete. You are forever righteous.”

It is so easy to hear these words and accept them. They make us feel comforted and reassured. But are we truly “accepted, complete and forever righteous” in the eyes of God just because we “call on His name”? Does the Bible really teach us that we are automatically God’s children just by believing in Him?
What about James 2:19,

“You believe that there is one God. Good! Even the demons believe that—and shudder.”
Even the demons believe that there is one true God, that does not make them God’s children, that does not make them “accepted, complete, and forever righteous.”

You are what you eat!

If you chose to eat junk food, you are not giving your body life and sustenance, rather you are giving it disease and death. It is the same spiritually. The words we accept either feed and sustain our spirit, or starve and kill it. Once our spirits die we are like graves or whitewashed tombs, housing only dead spirits (Mt 23:27; Lk 11:44).

If ‘we are what we eat’ and we want to be God’s children, we have to make sure we are eating the food that endures to eternal life (Jn 6:27), the bread of life, His word.

Apple trees grow from apple seeds, pear trees grow from pear seeds, the life is in the seed. If we want to be born of God, we have to be born of His seed (Lk 8:11).

Words cannot be made true just because we accept them. Facts cannot be changed just because we reject them.
If we accept any teachings just because they make us feel good, even if they are not the truth, then we are not those born of God’s seed, the word of truth (James 1:18).

If we are not born of God’s seed then we are not God’s children, nor are we complete or righteous in His eyes.

The life is in the seed!
Let us be those who are born of God’s seed, the word of truth.

Let us be those who can truly be able to say we are “accepted, complete, and forever righteous!”

[Shincheonji God's Word QT] Our life of faith in Shincheonji

Main reference: 1 Cor 3:16-17

Shincheonji is not something of the old, but it is something new. It is the kingdom of God which He newly created after destroying what was old and corrupt. This is fulfilled at the time of Revelation through the Lord’s Second Coming. This is the new people of heaven of the new kingdom, the people who are harvested from the corrupt churches as wheat, born of the righteous seed of God.

Those who became corrupt in their life of faith are the outsiders. They are mere gentiles who have no part with God; They are sinners just like Adam. Their worship is offered to demons, not to God. How can the children of God have a relationship with demons? We cannot drink the cup of the Lord and the cup of demons too, and we cannot have a part in both the Lord’s table and the table of demons (1 Co 10:21).

The coming of the end of the age of the believers is caused by their corruption. The Lord’s return comes so that the true believers can be delivered and saved from corruption. Satan controls every corrupt church (Mt 24, Rv 1-22), and God’s people, who are held captive, can cross over from death to life as they understand the word preached to them and come before the Lord (refer to Jn 5:24-25).

Look at Rv 2 and Rv 3. God and His Word are not in the kingdom that became the kingdom of demons due to its corruption. It is only a place full of money, fame, and authority. How can anyone say that he is not aware of this?
[2 Cor 6:14-18] Do not be yoked together with unbelievers [if you believe in God and his word]. For what do righteousness and wickedness have in common? Or what fellowship can light have with darkness? *What harmony is there between Christ and Belial? What does a believer have in common with an unbeliever? *What agreement is there between the temple of God and idols? For we are the temple of the living God. As God has said: “I will live with them and walk among them, and I will be their God, and they will be my people,” *“Therefore come out from them and be separate, says the Lord. Touch no unclean thing, and I will receive you.” *“I will be a Father to you, and you will be my sons and daughters, says the Lord Almighty.”
This is the reality of Christianity at the time of the Lord’s second coming.

Whoever denies this denies Jesus and his word, and does not believe in Jesus and his word. This is the end of Christianity, and the Christian world became the kingdom of demons, Babylon, due to its corruption. Jesus’ words written in Mt 7, “By their fruit [actions] you will recognize them,” also apply to today’s time.

Because today’s Christian world does not have the Word, the spirit of God is not there. People love money and authority and make up numerous lies as if they were manufactured from lie factories. Corruption and curses are preval‍ent, and people are busy persecuting others just like the priests and the elders in the past. The reason for such actions is that they have become the people of Satan.

Their actions are bees’ sting, lobsters’ pinch, and vipers’ poison (refer to Prv 23:32). Pastors at the First Coming gathered and plotted to persecute and kill Jesus who fulfilled the Old Testament and testified to it. Likewise, pastors today are trying to kill Shincheonji that is fulfilling the New Testament and testifying to its reality as seen and heard. These pastors are obsessed with what they are doing, and it seems like they inherited the same traditions from the persecuting pastors at the First Coming. Will you say you are not aware of this, even with seeing this reality?
If the congregation members of Shincheonji and the pastors of the world took the same 100-question test regarding the Bible, the difference of their scores would be like heaven and earth. Would they still be able to continue to say with their lips that Shincheonji is heresy? If they are confident, they must participate in an open discussion about the Bible and take the test on the Bible, and they must compare their abilities to the abilities of the members of Shincheonji, instead of insulting Shincheonji.

Life of faith in Shincheonji is faith based on the highest truth of humanity that is given through the Spirit of truth, the Counselor, according to the promise of the Bible (refer to Jn 16:13-14). People of Shincheonji are children of God born of God’s seed of the word, and they are the word in flesh and the walking Bible. Just as God and His Son, Jesus, are both the word (refer to Jn 1:1-4; 1 Jn 1:1-2), the members of Shicheonji born of that word are also the word. The one who receives the word is God’s offspring, and he is a god whom God is with (refer to Jn 10:34-35; Acts 17:29).
The churches of the world once dwelled in heaven just like the sun, moon, and stars, and they were people who once shined their light. However, as the end of the age came, they became dark and fell to the earth, becoming a dark night (spiritually). They became the sons and the children of the night and of darkness. We in Shincheonji, by contrast, received the light of life and became the sons of the day and of the light. The churches of the world came to their end, and they now dwell in night and darkness where the word, the light, is absent. All nations fell because of the wine of adulteries, which refers to the doctrine of Satan. The scripture testifies that they married demons (refer to Rv 18:23), but we in Shincheonji have become the new creation born again with God’s seed. We give all the thanks and glory to the Lord God as His new creation (refer to Rv 7; Rv 14; Rv 19; Rv 21; Rv 12:10-11).

People’s dried hearts and spirits, which suffered from spiritual drought, are receiving showers of blessings—the new word of Shincheonji given by the holy spirit of truth. They are dancing for God and are offering glory to him. If any believer refuses to carry out a beautiful life of faith, and refuses the beautiful Shincheonji and the City of Truth, his reason for refusal is because he became Satan’s family. Whoever does not believe will receive destruction the world of Adam did, and whoever believes will become the person of heaven, the family of God, who is born from God.

Amen! Hallelujah! Thank you.

The Testimony of Shincheonji: What is the Tree of Life?

The testimony of Shincheonji church of Jesus regarding the tree of life and the tree of the knowledge of good and evil

Main reference: Gn 2:7-9

[Correct Testimony]

What is the reality of the tree of life and the tree of the knowledge of good and evil?
To illustrate this visually, there are two trees. The first tree is the tree that has been born of God’s seed of life and the other tree, by Satan’s seed of death. There are also branches, fruits, and birds.

God said if one eats the fruit of the knowledge of good and evil, one will surely die (Gn 2:17) and if one eats the fruit of the tree of life, one will live forever (Gn 3:22). What is the reality of these trees?

The seed is the word of God and the tree is a person who received the word

In Proverbs 3:18 the tree of life is not a plant but a person who has received wisdom. In Isaiah 5, the vine refers to the people of Israel (Is 5:1-7).

In Adam’s tabernacle, the Garden of Eden, there were two trees. In Matthew 13, two types of seeds are sown in one field (Mt 13:24-30, 37). This small seed grows to be a big tree, and the bird comes to perch on its branches (Mt 13:31-32).

These two trees begin with the seed. The seed is the word of God (Lk 8:11). The seed of God is the word of life and the seed of Satan is the word of death.

If one plants the seed of life in the field of the heart, then a tree of life will grow. If one plants the seed of death in that field, then the tree of death will grow. On the tree of life, fruits of life will bear and on the tree of death, fruits of death will bear. This is the natural order of the seed and the tree.

Two types of seeds and two types of trees

Jesus who is heaven (Mt 13:24, 37) called himself the true vine in John 15, and said his disciples were the branches that bear fruit (Jn 15:1-5). The holy spirit like a dove came down upon Jesus (Mt 3:16, 13:32).

King Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon, who represents Satan, was the huge tree. On that tree there were branches that bore fruit and on the branches birds came down upon it. There were also animals that dwelled under the tree (Dn 4:20-22). Two types of seeds were sown in Jesus’ field, which represents Jesus’ churches; and thus two types of trees will grow.

The good seed represents the sons of the kingdom and the weeds represents the sons of the evil one

God’s seed was sown through Jesus and the devil’s seed was sown through the pastors of that time, the Pharisees and the teachers of the law. According to the seeds that were sown, the good seed became the sons of God’s kingdom and the weeds became the sons of Satan’s hell (Mt 13:38).

The reality of the tree of life and the tree of the knowledge of good and evil
The following is the conclusion of the reality of the tree of life and the tree of the knowledge of good and evil in the Garden of Eden.

At the time of the first coming, Jesus was the reality of the tree of life. The reality of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil were the snakes, the Pharisees. At the time of the second coming, the reality of the tree of life is the 12 tribes of Shinchonji Church of Jesus (Rv 22:1-2), and the reality of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil are the destroyers who entered the tabernacle of the chosen people of heaven in Revelation chapter 13 who destroyed the tabernacle. They are the pastors who are like the beast with seven heads and ten horns of spiritual Babylon who forced the people to drink the wine of adultery (poison of serpents) in Revelation chapter 17-18.

One must discern well with the Word because there are trees born of two types of seeds in Jesus’ churches today

Just like how there were two trees in one location, in the Garden of Eden, today in Jesus’ churches, there are trees produced by two types of seeds in one and the same field.

One is the tree of life that has been born through God’s seed and the other is the tree of the knowledge of good and evil that has been born through the seed of Satan. The tree of life represents the pastor who belongs to God and the tree of the knowledge of good and evil represents the pastors who belong to Satan.
