The word revelation refers to the act of opening and showing the true nature of something that is hidden. Revelations from God come in two forms: revelation by vision and revelation by physical fulfillment. Prophecies are revelations by vision, but when their appointed time arrives, the fulfillment of those prophecies is also a form of revelation. In addition, each biblical era—the time of the Old Testament and the time of the New Testament—has its own revelation.
The revelation of the Old Testament
It was prophesied that the sealed book of the Old Testament (Is 29:9-13) would be fulfilled at an appointed time (Hb 2:2-3). When that time arrived, God opened the book (i.e., revealed its contents) and gave it to his chosen pastor. The chosen pastor then ate the revealed teachings and proclaimed them on behalf of God to his rebellious people (Ez 1-3). Jesus was that chosen pastor who received the open book and was sent to the rebellious people of Israel (Mt 15:24).
Jesus fulfilled all the prophecies in the Old Testament regarding himself (Jn 19:30). Because Jesus knew he was the only one who had received the open book (Ez 2-3), Jesus was able to say “No one knows the Son except the Father, and no one knows the Father except the Son and those to whom the Son chooses to reveal him,” (Mt 11:27). This is also why he could say “Now this is eternal life: that they may know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom you have sent,” (Jn 17:3). In other words, Jesus was saying there is no salvation and no eternal life without receiving the revelation God was giving through him.
The revelation of the Old Testament (i.e., the revelation by vision) was sealed up in figurative language until the time it was fulfilled. But as the prophecies were being fulfilled, the actual physical entities described by the prophecies began to appear. This is how the revelation by physical fulfillment always appears. Before the Old Testament prophecies were fulfilled, people could only preach the teachings of men. There was no salvation at that time. After the prophecies were fulfilled, though, salvation and eternal life could both be attained through faith in the revelation of the fulfillment.
As Jesus was proclaiming the word of revelation, most people refused to accept him or his testimony. This happened in fulfillment of the prophecies because God sealed the eyes of the prophets (the blind) and he covered the heads of the seers. God brought over them a deep sleep (Is 29). They were ignorant of God’s true will because God’s book was sealed to them. In Gal 3:23-24, Apostle Paul said, “Before this faith came, we were held prisoners by the law, locked up until faith should be revealed. So the law was put in charge to lead us to Christ that we might be justified by faith.” When Jesus came and ushered in a new era of revealed faith, the time of the law and the Old Testament prophecies came to an end.
The revelation of the New Testament (Rv 5, Rv 10)
Although Jesus brought the revealed faith regarding the Old Testament prophecies, he also made many new prophecies that are still like words sealed in a scroll. While the Old Testament prophecies were still sealed, the prophets and pastors of that time were ignorant of their true meaning. Because they were ignorant, they were only able to preach the teachings of men and call on the name of a God they did not really know. It is the same situation with the sealed prophecies of the New Testament. Revelation 5 describes how the book of revelation is sealed with seven seals and is being held in God’s right hand. This sealed book is a prophecy that is about to be fulfilled. While it is still sealed, though, no one in heaven or on earth or under the earth can open it or even look inside (Rv 5:3).
While the book is still sealed, who can say, “I have received salvation. I am orthodox. I have received the holy spirit.”? Can those statements be true? The Bible says that the spirit searches all things, even the deep things of God (1 Cor 2:10). Until the sealed book of revelation is opened and true faith is revealed, Christians are “held prisoner” by the prophecies of the New Testament just as the Jews were held prisoner by the prophecies of the Old Testament. Revelation 1 tells us how the revelation will come (Rv 1:1-2). Jesus receives the sealed book of revelation in the New Testament and opens it. He makes it known to the servants of God by sending his angel to the promised pastor who comes in the role of Apostle John. Just like the time of the first coming, people who do not receive the new revelation through the pastor who eats the open book today do not know God, Jesus, or their will. These people will die because of their stubborness (Jude 1:10).
Those who do receive the new revelation through the pastor who eats the open book in Rv 10 will understand the entire book of Revelation. They will see and believe in the fulfillment God has orchestrated according to the prophecies of the New Testament. They will be able to distinguish God and the heavenly soldiers who belong to him from Satan and his armies. They will understand the will of God, which is the creation of his kingdom and priests here on earth. This kingdom is made up of the 144,000 priests and the great multitude in white who all belong to the 12 tribes. Nothing should be added to the revelation, nor should anything be taken away. God will cause those who add to the revelation to suffer from the plagues described in it. He will also take away any share in the tree of life and the holy city from those who take words away from the new revelation (Rv 22:18-19). Believers can recognize and know the true promised pastor and messenger of Jesus by receiving the revelation.
All the world’s religious people, including all denominations of Christians, believe they are saved. The Bible clearly tells us, however, that we can only attain salvation by belonging to the 12 tribes of God’s kingdom promised in Revelation.
Only those who receive the testimony of the pastor who received the revelation of the New Testament are able to know God, Jesus, and God’s will. Those who do not receive the revelation cannot know God, Jesus, or the one God sent. These people are as ignorant as beasts and will not be saved (Ps 49:20; Ps 73:22; Prv 30:2-3). In other words, those who refuse to receive the testimony regarding the fulfillment of the book of Revelation will not be saved. All believers must meet the new Apostle John who received the revelation of Jesus Christ. All believers must receive that same revelation from him if they want to attain salvation.
Shincheonji stands for "New Heaven and New Earth," with the meaning of the new tabernacle and new congregational members. (2 Peter 3:13, Mt 13:31-32, Rv 14:1-5, Rv 15:2-5) Just as Moses built the tabernacle on earth as a copy according to what God had shown him in the vision of heaven, today SHINCHEONJI is created on this earth as according to what the Promised Pastor has seen in the spiritual heaven. Therefore, Shincheonji is God's kingdom created on earth as in heaven.

Shinchonji church of Jesus the Temple of the Tabernacle of the Testimony
Shinchonji
Shinchonji stands for "New Heaven and New Earth," with the meaning of the new tabernacle and new congregational member. (2 Peter 3:13, Mt 13:31-32, Rv 14:1-5, Rv 15:2-5)
Just as Moses bulit the tabernacle on earth as a copy according to what God had shown him in the vision of heaven, today SHINCHONJI is created on this earth as according to what the Promised Pastor has seen in the spiritual heaven. Therefore, Shinchonji is God's kingdom created on earth as in heaven
Church of Jesus
Church of Jesus means that the owner and the Lord of the temple of Shinchonji is Jesus, as can be seen from its name.
The Temple of the Tabernacle of the Testimony
Church of Jesus means that the owner and the Lord of the temple of Shinchonji is Jesus, as can be seen from its name. The Temple of the Tabernacle of the Testimony the Temple of the Tabernacle of the Tebernacle of the Testimony means that this is the temple of those who have seen, heard and are testifying to the Book of Revelation, and that it is the holy house of worship of God and His members.
The Temple of the Tabernacle of the Testimony is the promised holy place where all nations will come and be healed and worship before Lord. (Rv 15: 4-5) SHINCHONJI is God's kingdom on earth, created as his will is fulfillded on earth and it is heaven. It is a creation of 6,000 years of God's work, and a holy temple that the priests and the people who are to be saved in the Lord belong to. SHINCHONJI the Temple of the Tabernacle of the Testimony is working to heal all nations as it is testifying to the revelation and what is seen and heard, as according to God's will.
Let us know the Bible and Shinchonji correctly
• “Above all, you do well if you recognize this: No prophecy of scripture ever comes about by the prophet’s own imagination, for no prophecy was ever borne of human impulse; rather, men carried along by the Holy Spirit spoke from God.” (2Pe 1:20-21)
• “… speaking of these things in all his letters. Some things in these letters are hard to understand, things the ignorant and unstable twist to their own destruction, as they also do to the rest of the scriptures.” (2Pe 3:16)
Many churches have claimed that 666, the number of the beast’s name, represents a bar code. They theorize about the rapture, saying that churches and believers will be lifted up to the sky. They create these theories and make these claims to explain 1Th 4, which says, “Then we who are alive, who are left, will be suddenly caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air.” They lecture about why the seven heads and the beast with ten horns symbolize the seven most powerful countries in the world and the ten biggest countries of the European Union. They are not making these claims because they have received the spirit; their claims are false testimonies based on their own thoughts.
At 11 p.m. on March 12, 2008, I watched a video that had many Christians talking about the events of the end times. The video had several clips based on Revelation, and it gave a general survey of the way Christians generally think about the end times (including 666, the rapture, and the beast with seven heads and ten horns). The video clips describing the events of Revelation were based only on peoples’ imaginations. The actual events of Revelation are different. It is wrong for people who did not see or hear the physical fulfillment of Revelation to make any such claims.
Jesus ate the sealed scroll of God, which was spoken of through Isaiah (Isa 29:9-13; Hab 2:2-3; Eze 1-3). After God told Jesus where to go and what to say, Jesus obeyed accordingly (Mt 15:24). Therefore, Jesus was the only person who saw and heard the words of God’s Old Testament scroll. Because Jesus as the only one to understand its prophecies and witness its physical fulfillment, he was the only one who could testify about them (Jn 3:31-34; Jn 19:30). There were so many pastors and believers at the time of the first coming, but they did not understand this idea. They persecuted Jesus as a heretic instead of acknowledging his testimony as the truth. Their ignorance proved that they did not have the ears to hear what the spirit spoke to them. The time of the first coming was the “end times” for the Law, the prophecies, prophets, and even Physical Israel. Jesus opened a new spiritual era as he sowed the seed of the gospel of heaven. Hence, how could the will of the priests of the day be the same as the will of Jesus?
The New Testament (Revelation), which contains prophecies about the events of the Lord’s second coming, also mentions a scroll sealed with seven seals in God’s right hand. No one in heaven, on earth, or under the earth is able to read or look inside it (Rev 5:1-4). There is an appointed time when God and Jesus will open this book and proclaim its contents to the world. No one is able to understand the scroll before that appointed time arrives. Anyone who claims to know the contents of the scroll before that time is a lawbreaker with a heretical testimony. Just like the Old Testament, the sealed scroll in the New Testament is given to Jesus after the enemy of God captures God’s chosen people. Jesus takes the scroll, breaks all seven seals (Rev 6, Rev 8:1-2), and gives the scroll to the angel in Rev 10. The angel gives it to the chosen pastor and tells him to eat it, just like what was prophesied in Eze 3. The chosen pastor carries out his mission according to the commands he receives telling him where to go and what to say. This promised pastor carries out the same task as Jesus, who received the scroll at the first coming. The Old and New Testaments each have designated pastors who eat and proclaim the words of the the open scroll (Rev 10). Furthermore, they both establish a place for all the nations to go and worship God (Rev 10, 15). Today’s believers should not make the same mistakes as the people at the time of the first coming who lacked perception and understanding. We must believe the Bible and act according to it; we must make the Bible our way and our teacher.
In the time of the first coming, all of Israel denounced Jesus as a heretic and eventually killed him. Today, in the same way, the entire country of Korea is trying to destroy Shinchonji by calling it a cult. Despite all their attempts, the revealed words of the open scroll are coming from Shinchonji. I testify with absolute certainty that Shinchonji is the only place where the Bible has been completely mastered. Believers must first verify whether this claim is true. When God sent Jesus, he gave people the word of life through one person. God carried out his work of judgment through Jesus as well (Jn 5:22-24). Believing in this one person was the only way to obey will of God (Jn 6:40). In the same way, Jesus’ will in the New Testament is for all people to believe that the word of life and the authority of judgment all belong to the one person who has received the open scroll (Rev 10; Rev 2:26-27).

[Shinchonji] What could I do...?
This song was once one of my favorite praise songs before hearing the revealed word of Shinchonji. It is a very pretty song and God truly is the Almighty Creator. God and Jesus have both sacrificed so much for us that it really makes one stand in awe of their love for us.
However, hearing this song after having studied at the Zion Mission Center, I can actually answer the question that is repeatedly asked in this song: “What could I say? What could I do?”
Besides just saying “Thank you” with my lips, I can give my life for the work of God, which is the work of healing all nations (Rev 22:2). God desires to complete the work of restoration and recreation (Rev 21:3~5) and I can now actively take part rather than merely stand in awe of God. I can do so by sharing this revealed word that is given by the promised pastor and really offer my heart and all of myself for God’s service.
I am truly grateful for God, Jesus, and the One who Overcomes who have been constantly working hard to restore all creation (Jn 5:17). The very least I can do is offer myself completely to that same work.

Shinchonji introduces the promised pastor.
I, Jesus, have sent my angel to give you this testimony for te churches. (Rv 22:16)
* God's kingdom
- Jesus who came in the name of God
Two thousand years ago, at the time of the First Coming, God dwelt within Jesus, who came in the name of God. The Bible says seeing Jesus was seeing God (Jn 5:43, 12:44-45, 14:9)
- The Counselor who came in the name of Jesus
It is written the Counselor, who comes in the name of Jesus, is the Spirit of Truth (word) and will teach what Jesus said (Jn 14:26, 16:14-15). Hence, this counselor is a teacher who will protect and teach with grace.
- The promised pastor whom the Counselor, the holy spirit is with
Jesus, whom the holy spirit of God was with, was referred to as the one who speaks on behalf of God, the Counselor. Similarly, the person whom the Counselor, the holy spirit Jesus sent is with is the pastor promised in the New Testament, that is, the one who overcomes (Rv 2-3, 10).
* the kingdom of God created on this earth
- The overcomer who fulfills the promise
Currently, the pastor of Shinchonji Temple of the Tabernacle of the Testimony is creating God's kingdom of heaven here on earth just as he saw it in heaven.
Just as Jacob physically gave birth to twelve sons in the past and created the twelve tribes of Israel (Gn 49), he became the New Spiritual Israel, created the twelve tribes, and is bearing twelve crops of fruit every month. This is proof that he is the one who overcomes (Mt 19:28; Rv 22:1-2).

Chairman Man Hee Lee’s European visit garnered much attention from the local press.
Leipzig TV (Leipzig Fernsehm) of Germany reported through an interview with Chariman Man Hee Lee that, “Man Hee Lee is not an ordinary Christian, he proclaims to have been given the duty of testifying about the fulfillment of the events of the words of Revelation.” And also, “His name, ‘Man Hee’ means ‘light’ and ‘reveal,’ matching him very well,” they reported. Through this broadcasting the Chairman replied, “I would like to say the following to all the Christian’s out there. God’s words in the book of Revelation have been opened and fulfilled. Come and listen, and see for yourself.” And, “If this is true, then this means that the kingdom of heaven is already here,” he said this important message to the whole world.
North Berlin weekly newspaper, “Shinchonji does not match the title of “cult.”
A weekly newspaper in North Berlin spotlighted the content of the interview with Chairman Lee on the 17th, the Asension Day. It reported, “The number of congregation members in large churches of the West is decreasing, but contrary to these events, one religious organization introduced itself by hosting a seminar last Saturday evening at the Ernst Reuter,” and introduced Shinchonji by saying, “The word, ‘cult’ is characterized as a neutral party in addition to being used to describe a ‘new religious movement.’ When viewed in such context, this place called Shinchonji does not match the title of ‘cult.’”
In addition, “Mr. Man Hee Lee is the founder of about 300 mission centers around the world. Since its establishment, 85,000 students have graduated and the cost of tuition is absolutely free. The standard of its education is the Bible and to explain in detail, the teachings of the unraveling of the book of Revelation are taught here,” as the Chairman, Shinchonji, and Shinchonji Mission Center is introduced.

would like for you to provide much help and guidance for the unification of
Korea. Korea must be reunited.” The former prime minister of East Germany,
Maiziere answered, “The basis of the German reunification came from the peaceful
protest of its citizens.
What is important is the education of the Korean youth regarding the need for the Korean reunification.” He also said, “It is impossible to break apart the people of the same nationality for a long time. The German reunification was not something expected, either. It seems like history is made by God,” and continued to give a positive message by saying, “I believe the Korean peninsula will also be reunited soon.” Chairman Lee also sincerely expressed his opinion that “the Korean reunification is very important, for the purpose of world peace and religious independence.”

to South Africa to lecture in front of 1,000 pastors.”
The hearts of the pastors and reporters who heard the Revealed Word were moved, blooming in joy of the Spirit, like flowers of heaven.
About 300 pastors gathered from all over the world that day to meet Chairman Man Hee Lee of Shinchonji at the “13th International Conference,” representing about 10 different countries of the world. Following the conference, Chairman Lee was then invited to the Atterbury Chapel Church in Frankfurt, Germany on July 8th, and led the Sunday service by giving a sermon in front of about 200 believers gathered from all over the world. Some of them even kneeled in front of Chairman Lee at the end of service.

The gospel of heaven Jesus preached 2,000 years ago
reached the ends of the earth, the Republic of Korea through Europe in the West
(the energy of the West coming to the East). Since then, the New Testament has
been fulfilled in the Republic of Korea in the East, and now the fulfillment of
the New Testament is being preached back to the West, to be believed and put in
to action. The work of “the fulfillment of the East traveling to the West” has
been done with great success, twice in May and July, bringing excitement to the
whole globe. Pastors and reporters were also inspired upon hearing the Revealed
Word, blooming the heavenly flower of joy in the Holy
Spirit.

Chairman Lee cancelled all his schedules already
planned in advance for the year and went on his second trip of “the fulfillment
of the East traveling to the West,” only 6 weeks after his first trip to the
West. Chairman Lee said, “It wasn’t only because of the requests of the pastors
overseas. I decided to go on this trip in order to fulfill the will of Jesus,
who purchased me with his blood.”
On July 4th, at the Chairman’s first
seminar location in Houffalize, Belgium, many pastors greeted the Chairman’s
party by shouting “Hosanna” with palm branches in their hands. One of the
pastors was particularly passionate in greeting Chairman Lee, reminiscent of
David who danced to the point of not realizing his clothes came off at the joy
of recovering the Ark of the Covenant that was taken by the Gentiles. It was
evident how sincere their hearts were in waiting for the Chairman’s revisit to
Europe.

Frankfurt, Germany, on July 8thAbout 300 pastors gathered from all over the world that day to meet Chairman Man Hee Lee of Shinchonji at the “13th International Conference,” representing about 10 different countries of the world.
The long-awaited "Shinchonji Open Bible Seminar of America" was also
hosted at the center of the world's media in New York, United States, at the
Times Center on July 14th, and at the Crystal Cathedral near Los
Angeles. At the seminar in Crystal Cathedral, over 1,500 people attended the
event including about 500 pastors, and 1,000 attendees among them registered to
study further the Word of Shinchonji. Not only that, well-known media companies in America even visited
where the Chairman was staying, and a live broadcast interview that was
originally planned for 5 minutes was extended into a 40-minute
interview.

In particular, while believers in Los Angeles were passionately welcoming the Chairman, a large cloud appeared in the sky in the shape of a cross, allowing all who were at the scene to experience the work of the Holy Spirit with such strength. And just as the Chairman said, "the spirits of the 100,000 Shinchonji
members are with us," and the work of the Holy Spirit were with the prayers of Shinchonji members all over the world, as they were praying according to the timezone the Chairman was in, no matter how early or late it was in their time.

Shinchonji - Light of Life, the Culture of Heaven
The correct understanding of the Bible and of Shinchonji (The New Heaven and New Earth)
This site and all of its content has been written
according to the Bible. Our purpose is to instruct all Christians in a deeper
knowledge of God’s word and to lead them to a deeper
faith
Light of Life, the Culture of Heaven
Lee Man Hee, a
descendant of the Korean royal family, who was sent from heaven as the light of
love — Who is he?
Born to a poor peasant
family on September 15, 1931, he was given a name meaning light. Why was he
given such a name? Before his birth, his grandfather saw in a dream the ray of a
strong light separating the dark sky and descending upon the mother of his
grandson. Having had this extraordinary dream, his grandfather decided to name
his grandson “light” before birth.
The creator God was
life and light according to the scriptures (Jn 1:1-4). His son, Jesus, was also
the light of life (1 Jn 1:1-2; Jn 12:46). The light that came from heaven was
the word, which granted life to all mankind (Jn 1:1-4). Heaven provides life to
us as it gives the light, rain, and air. It grants us this light as a means of
true love.
The light that came from heaven can also be symbolized
as the culture of heaven that gives life to all things. This is the unchanging
culture that created all things in heaven and on earth. The only possible means
to renew and heal the tainted creatures is the culture of heaven, the light of
true love. Within this culture of heaven dwells the divine being of the creator,
the holy spirit. The one who knows the foundation of the creation of heaven and
earth is the creator. Furthermore, the holy spirit of the creator knows the deep
things (the secret) of heaven and earth (1 Cor 2:10). This is the culture of
heaven.
The new era, the era of Shinchonji (i.e. new heaven and
new earth), is created through the culture of heaven. Let’s
bring peace and restore light for each individual and for the world through the
culture of heaven! The one who can accomplish peace and restore light is the
person of the culture of heaven, who has seen and heard what was in heaven, and
who has received commands from above.
Let’s
examine some of the great figures from the 6,000 years of the biblical history
and their accomplishment. God made promises as well as carried out the work of
creation. The ones who testified about God’s
promises and creation were the people chosen by heaven. Adam was the first man
(the chosen person, the chosen pastor). Noah, Moses, and Jesus were also chosen
by heaven afterwards. Siddhartha and Confucius prophesied about the coming
Jesus. Who, then, is the pastor whom God has promised through Jesus and his 12
disciples in the New Testament (i.e. NT)? Jesus has prophesied that he would put
this promised pastor in charge of all his possessions (Mt 24:45-47). The pastor
promised in the NT is the one who overcomes in the battle against Satan and the
pastors belonging to him through the truth (Rv 2-3; Rv 12). God renews the world
through him who overcomes. The creation has eagerly been waiting (Rom 8) for the
one who overcomes to appear (Rv 21:7). The creation has been waiting in eager
expectation for him to appear because the one who overcomes can liberate them
from their bondage to decay and renew them.
That which enables one
to overcome and to renew the creation is the culture of heaven. On March 1,
1919, 33 Korean representatives proclaimed the Declaration of Korean
Independence. Within the Declaration there is this statement: “Behold! The
culture of the new heaven and new earth renew the whole world!” That which
enables this declaration to be fulfilled is only the culture of heaven. The holy
spirit, the divine being of heaven, resides in this culture of heaven. This
spirit enters into people who accept the culture of heaven, and it can renew
those people. This is what culture is capable of. The wisdom residing in the
culture of heaven is living and active. It re-creates men’s thoughts into the
thoughts of heaven, new thoughts. This is the culture of heaven. The culture of
the earth is made of what is on the earth. The culture of heaven, in contrast,
is made of what is in heaven. In fact, all things in heaven and on earth were
created by heaven. We must renew the world, accomplish peace, and restore light
through the culture of heaven. Let’s rid ourselves from the taints of the
secular world and be born again of the seed of the culture of
heaven!
The chairman of
Shinchonji has come as a precious bowl (the bowl of heaven) that stores the
wisdom and the commands from heaven, and the seed of the culture of heaven. That
which can make this known to people is his wisdom and the word of heaven he has
mastered. In addition, people have known and realized the value of this person
through various cultural festivals that served as a light. The divine being of
heaven is capable of displaying and accomplishing what no one else on this earth
can accomplish within a brief instant.
Through the
6th World Peace Restoration of Light Culture and Sports
festival, the eyes and the ears of people, who have watched the event, have been
opened. This festival has opened up their eyes and ears because it portrayed the
culture of heaven where the spirit of heaven dwelt. Victory, joy, unity, and the
flowers of love have bloomed widely, and the flames of peace have risen high.
The footsteps of world peace and the restoration of
light have begun humbly, but prosperous will the end be! The seed of the light
of life has been planted, and it will bear its fruit. Light has met with another
light, and they will become a greater light. World peace will be accomplished,
and light will be restored as everyone is united through love. All things will
respond to the culture of the pioneers, who bring world peace and restore the
light.
The representative of the Mannam Volunteer Association,
Ms. Kim, has been watching the Shinchonji chairman closely. There is a statement
the representative Kim has been proclaiming during each and every festival she
hosted. She has spoken several times in public how the chairman, Lee Man Hee,
was someone that the Republic of Korea as well as the whole world absolutely
needs, and that everybody should at least meet him once in their life time.
During one of the opening speeches for the World Peace Festival, the
representative Kim confidently assured everyone that the 6th World
Peace Festival would surely let everyone understand why the chairman, Lee Man
Hee, was an essential person to all mankind. If you were one of the spectators
of the event on that day, you will know the answer to her statement.
International participants around the world didn’t
leave their seats from morning till late night. Shouts from the participants
never stopped for a second. People’s
hearts and thoughts were united throughout the event. The event was indeed the
festival of God where people were united with spirits above. This is the answer
to her statement. The chairman Lee is a mentor of this world who proclaims the
physical fulfillment of the prophecies of the Bible, which has taken place in
the east, and is being proclaimed to the west. He is the embodiment of the true
light, life and love, and he continues working to bring peace and to restore the
light to the world. He is someone that all mankind should at least meet once in
order to accomplish world peace.
The Shinchonji
chairman, Lee Man Hee, was a Korean War veteran, who fought in the frontlines.
Having been deeply deplored over the tragedy of the fratricidal war and the
death of the citizens of his own, the chairman Lee refuses to take any money
that the Korean government provides monthly for former war veterans. He is a
peace activist who loves his own nation and citizens, and who vigorously runs in
effort to bring peaceful unification to the Korean
peninsula.
While watching the tragedy of the fratricidal war, Lee
made up his mind before his dying comrades that he would accomplish world peace
and restore the lost light for his own country and citizens. Lee has never
stopped praying before God, asking for his help. Nothing has stopped him from
praying because Lee believed that God would be capable of bringing world peace,
and that it would be feasible if God would help, and that heaven would be
capable of providing wisdom and the tools to accomplish world peace.
Why, why, and why did
young men around the world have to die? For whom did they have to die? The
sacrifice of their lives is greater than the universe. The wish of the deceased
souls was surely the world peace and the restoration of light. Their wish must
have been to live in a world without war and without death. Everyone living in
this globe is the same family that surpasses national borders, races, or
religions. Why do we have to fight against one another? Why do people have to
kill others’ lives that are granted by the light, rain, and the air from heaven?
If religions of the world are united, the world will
also be unified. In order for the religions to be united, all religions must be
overcome by the truth. The truth of the culture of heaven belongs to heaven, and
it must be given from heaven.
The chairman Lee was
the first person who led the Korean New Town Movement in his hometown, Cheongdo.
By having met the behind-the-scenes volunteer, Kim Nam Hee, the Mannam
representative, the chairman Lee has expanded Mannam Volunteer Association not
only nationwide but worldwide as well.
Furthermore, these two
representatives hosted a commemorative event for the 54th
Korean Memorial Day on June 6, 2009 (otherwise referred to as the First
Citizens’ Festival for the Love of their Country, Love for Taeguk, Love for
Moogunghwa). This festival was hosted on the road in front of the COEX Mall,
Seoul, South Korea. The national flags of the 16 Korean War participating
countries were made into 625 kites, and the two leaders let these kites float in
the Seoul sky and prayed for the rest of the UN war veterans and the deceased
souls. The two leaders determined their minds not to let the sacrifice of the
veterans go in vain. In order to cherish the memory of the deceased souls, they
made a large-scale Korean palm-printed flag (60 by 40 meters), which required
the participation from 17,337 people--including students from elementary,
middle, and high schools, and universities; citizens, soldiers, international
residents, and more. This large-scale flag was put up, and the memory of the
deceased souls was cherished by many Korean citizens. As Korea’s largest
palm-printed flag, it has been registered in the Korean Book of Guinness, and it
has been kept in the National Cemetery, Seoul.
Those two
representatives held another citizens’ festival to commemorate the
65th Korean Independence Day held August 14-August 15, 2010
at Seoul Olympics Peace Plaza. This event called the Festival of World Peace,
Restoration of Light, and Victory, took place in front of the Peace Gate with
about 200,000 spectators and several ambassadors from different countries. This
event, still considered as the flower of culture, has been something
unprecedented until now. The large-scale palm-printed flag was put up high in
the sky again on that day, and a laser show was performed on the background of
this flag in the night sky of the event. The laser show portrayed how one
person, who became a light, was added unto another light. The motto of the event
was also displayed on the flag by the laser, which said, “When light meets
light, there is victory.” The chairman, Lee Man Hee, represented 33 people from
various walks of life, and read aloud the declaration from the Korean
Unification Monument. It seemed like the sky was going to explode by the hopeful
shouts of the spectators. The Korean Unification Declaration Monuments are now
standing both at the Goseong Unification Observatory, east frontlines [Korean
border], and at the west frontlines, Imjingak.
Furthermore, Mannam
hosted another festival to commemorate the 60th
Korean War on June 26, 2010, at Sejong Cultural Center, Seoul. Korean War
veterans and ambassadors from 60 Korean War participating and supporting
countries were invited to cherish the memory of the deceased souls. As part of
the preliminary events ahead of the actual commemoration, Mannam volunteers
toured 21 locations at which the Korean War Memorial Monuments are situated
including the UN Memorial Park in Busan. The volunteers paid a silent tribute to
the former war veterans. At the same time roughly 14,400 elementary school
students from 17 different regions in South Korea participated in printing their
thumbs to make national flags of the Korean War participating countries. These
thumb-printed flags were presented to the ambassadors who were in attendance of
the event. On the day of the event, the ambassadors from 21 countries partook of
creating a special bronze sculpture by agreeing to print their hands on it. The
sculpture contains the determination from those ambassadors that they oppose
warfare and desire to keep peace within this world. It is now being kept in the
Yongsan War Memorial Museum, Seoul.
The participants also
took part in creating a time capsule during the event. The time capsule contains
the messages from the Korean War veterans, the messages of gratitude from the
citizens, and the message that pictures the Korea that will have gained peace 10
years later, and so forth. This capsule is scheduled to be opened 10 years later
in 2020.
The Shinchonji chairman
and the Mannam representative (Kim Nam Hee) have bound the globe as one and
created Mannam International that surpasses borders, races, religions, and
societies. They are leading the way of the volunteers worldwide. Who could
possibly accuse them of wrongdoing unless
insane?
The culture of heaven has finally been launched! It is
accomplishing world peace and is restoring the lost light through the volunteers
who are working unnoticed and yet shining. What is the culture of heaven? It is
the culture that deals with the highest spiritual world. It is the culture of
heaven, the culture where God and people are at work together. It is an
extraordinary philosophy that would be hard for people to believe even if they
were told. It is a movement that is unseen, and it is like a gemstone that
enters into people’s hearts and creates them.
In September 2012,
Shinchonji and Mannam had a joint festival entitled “The 6th World
Peace Restoration of Light Culture and Sports Festival.” It was held in Jamsil
Olympic Main Stadium, Seoul. In fact, the gate of the stadium was closed for the
last 24 years until last year this festival was held. Twelve flames of fire rose
to the sky on the day of the festival, and the 200,000 spectators stored the
flames in their eyes and hearts. As all the participants were united as one, the
festival was truly a joyous event for both people and for the spirits.
Several international
reporters, ambassadors, and the special supervisors of the presidents of
different nations referred to this event as “the grand festival of heaven and
earth.” Having been deeply inspired, they also made a remark, “The entire event
was like flowers blooming at the gates of heaven.” It was a festival that only
Shinchonji and Mannam were able of hosting. It served as proof how there is
victory when light meets light.
More than any physical
battles that kill people’s flesh, spiritual conflicts within religious
organizations where people insult and label others as heretics are much cruel.
Unlike those existing conflicts, the World Peace Festival truly showed the
possibility of peace and the restoration of light. It was a place of unity where
everyone held hands together, rising above the walls that used to separate them
before.
The promised pastor in
Shinchonji, the one who has overcome, received the fire of heaven from an angel.
He passed it onto the 12 tribes, and the 12 tribes shot the 12 flames of the
fire to the sky. The flames ignited a flame holder, and it burst into flame as
the fire of God, the fire of peace and unification. This shall blaze up forever
in each person’s eyes and hearts!
The World Peace
Restoration of Light Culture and Sports was indeed a festival of victory as
Shinchonji and Mannam have met together—as light met with light.
